Gazpacho is a traditional cold soup preparation from Andalusia, Spain. Usually consisting of a fresh tomato base, it is prepared with other raw vegetables, such as cucumbers, bell pepper’s, onions and garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar. The product is packed in containers closed hermetically and preserved by means of thermal suitable treatment. This version is ready-made and available in a tetra-pak, providing one of the best options we have encountered in the market today.
INGREDIENTS: Fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper, fresh cucumber, extra virgin olive oil (3%), fresh garlics, salt and Sherry vinegar. Do not contain water, preservatives, antioxidants or stabilizers.
STORAGE: Refrigerated 0 – 4º C. Once opened five days in refrigerator. SHELF LIFE: 6 Months after Production Date.
