Trikalinos Natural Sea Salt Brownie

This rich and indulgent dessert pairs the bold flavor of chocolate with the mineral brightness of Trikalinos’ Natural Sea Salt. The salt enhances the chocolate’s intensity while balancing the sweetness of the batter, creating a brownie that’s both luxurious and satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of bitter chocolate
  • 160 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1 pinch of Trikalinos' natural sea salt

Instructions:

  • (1) Preheat the oven to 320 °F (160 °C).
  • (2) Place the butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of gently simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Add a pinch of Trikalinos' sea salt and stir gently to combine.
  • (3) In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture becomes pale, thick, and creamy.
  • (4) Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg-sugar mixture using a wooden spoon, until just combined.
  • (5) Sift in the flour and fold it in gently until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.
  • (6) Grease a baking pan and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly.
  • (7) Bake for 25 minutes at 320 °F (160 °C).
  • (8) To check if the brownie is fully baked, insert a toothpick into the center—if it comes out with a few moist crumbs, it's ready to come out of the oven.
  • (9) Let the dish cool before slicing and serving.
